‘ Christmas is coming! Yes, I’m one of those people that gets excited mid October, but I’ve managed to channel my excitement creatively, and written you a Christmas Song. I recently assisted at a singer-songwriter workshop held by Reg Meuross and one of the challenges set was to write a Christmas song, based on the Christmas nativity but with a modern twist. It was not supposed to have any religious references, and you couldn’t use the names or the characters in the same way, they had to be modernised. I couldn’t resist having a go, and have come up with my own version. called ‘ O Joanna’. As a thank you to everyone who has supported me this year, and a virtual stocking filler for you all, I am going to make this available as a free download between Dec 1st and Dec 25th only! So keep your eyes peeled

Hi guys!!

I’ve had a busy month or so and it’s set to get busier! I’ve really enjoyed the gigs I’ve played, it’s very different playing on my own and so far I’m really enjoying it!

Really excited for the next few weeks, my first solo album is almost underway.

Lots of practising with different musicians, I’m very lucky with who I’ve got adding their skills to the album, and of course who is actually recording and producing it!

Lots of anticipation, a great deal of nervousness mixed with excitement, just need to get in the studio now and get going so I can a full night of sleep in before August hopefully!
